We are not committed and not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we will consider any reasonable request in good faith. Consumers may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (KZP) at kzp.bg.

Beneficial ownership

Banxs Technologies EOOD is a single-owner limited liability company. Beneficial ownership information is filed with the Bulgarian Registry Agency in accordance with the Bulgarian Measures Against Money Laundering Act (ZMIP) implementing Directive (EU) 2015/849 (4AMLD) as amended by (EU) 2018/843 (5AMLD). Public extracts are available via the Registry Agency (Търговски регистър и регистър на ЮЛНЦ).

Telecommunications notification status

Skybyte resells mobile data services on partner mobile network operators worldwide; we do not operate radio infrastructure of our own. Where formal notification to the Bulgarian Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) is required for the provision of public electronic communications services, that notification is [OPERATOR DECISION — pending CRC confirmation]; this page will be updated once CRC has confirmed the notification reference number. End users are not affected: all services are delivered by duly authorised host carriers in each destination country.

VAT regime

Skybyte applies the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) regime for B2C supplies of telecommunications services to consumers in the EU, invoicing VAT at the rate of the customer's country of residence. B2B supplies to taxable persons established in the EU outside Bulgaria are reverse-charged under Article 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC, conditional on a valid VAT identification number that we validate against VIES at checkout. The functional currency of Banxs Technologies EOOD is EUR.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers in the EU benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under Articles 9–16 of Directive 2011/83/EU. Because Skybyte eSIMs are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires at the moment of activation under Article 16(m), provided the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged loss of the right at checkout.
